Fractional Leadership
Executive-level Operational and Technical Guidance
The Fractional Leadership Package for PreShiftIQ™ is a high-impact, project-based engagement designed for organizations requiring executive-level oversight without the overhead of a full-time hire. This role bridges the gap between strategic consulting and hands-on execution, specifically focusing on the optimization of your logistics and supply chain ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities & Workflow
The engagement follows a structured lifecycle to ensure immediate impact and long-term stability:
Discovery & Assessment: A deep-dive audit of your current operational maturity, identifying "hidden cost leaks" and bottlenecks within hours of engagement.
Strategic Decisioning: Moving beyond advice to active decision-making on complex logistics tradeoffs involving cost, service, and risk.
Contract & SOW Negotiation: Leveraging seasoned expertise to negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts, protecting you from common pitfalls that can cost over $300k in bad 3PL or vendor decisions.
Project Management: Full-lifecycle leadership from inception to completion, ensuring initiatives stay on time and within the defined scope.
Ecosystem & Network Optimization
Modes & Carriers: A comprehensive assessment of the transportation modes and carriers within your ecosystem to optimize your supply chain toward sustained achievements.
Performance Monitoring: Establishing KPIs and real-time dashboards to provide management visibility into project and enterprise-wide performance.
Accountability & Change Management
Rigid Accountability: A primary pillar of the role is holding all internal and external parties (vendors, 3PLs, teams) accountable to their contractual and performance obligations.
Change Management: Utilizing structured models to ensure team members are informed, supported, and equipped to adopt new processes, ensuring the "human factor" is managed alongside technical shifts.
Conflict Resolution: Acting as a high-leverage facilitator to resolve disputes and navigate organizational politics without the "settling in" period of a traditional hire.
Engagement Details
Pricing: TBD based on the specific scope, duration, and complexity of the project.
Structure: Flexible, contract-based work that can scale up or down as your business priorities evolve
