For Vendors · ELD
Meet buyers who did the work before the first call.
PreShiftIQ™ connects your ELD and telematics product with buyers across the supply chain ecosystem, owner-operators, for-hire carriers, private fleets, and brokers with assets, who have completed a structured assessment of their requirements. Both sides arrive at discovery prepared, and the match is built on measured fit.
What you get
Qualified, documented leads
Every buyer arrives having documented their fleet size and vehicle mix, driver count, cross-border operations, hours-of-service exposure, current device situation, and the systems the data has to reach. You receive their stated requirements, including their non-negotiables, before the first conversation.
Both sides prepared
No cold discovery. The buyer knows what they need and you know it too, so the first call starts where a normal sales cycle gets to on call three.
Participatory accuracy
Your scorecard is how buyers see your fit. You can engage to keep it accurate, because a reference layer only works when the vendors in it are represented accurately.
Registry verification, and what it does not do
This category carries a legality condition no other category does: a device has to be on the FMCSA registered list to be usable by the buyer at all. PreShiftIQ checks the registry daily against the published registered and revoked lists and reflects the result on your record.
Two things follow, and both are commitments to you.
- A partial revocation is disclosure, never exclusion. If some of your devices are revoked and others are not, you stay in the matching pool and the buyer sees the accurate picture.
- A full suspension applies only when no legally usable device remains, and it is automatic, reversible, and never permanent. Reinstatement on the FMCSA list restores your standing.
Registry status is a legality gate, not a ranking lever. It never adjusts your scores, and no commercial arrangement can move it in either direction.
How the model works
PreShiftIQ is vendor-funded and buyer-aligned: vendors pay for outcomes, never for influence. One published rate, the same for every vendor in every category.
5% of first-year contract value
- No fee to participate, no fee to be scored, no fee to appear in match results, and no fee to accept a match.
- You pay only when a buyer you were matched with becomes your customer. Nothing is owed before that.
- The rate is published and not negotiated, so no vendor has a better deal than you. No placement fees, no sponsored slots.
- No commercial arrangement alters a vendor's scorecard, match eligibility, or match ranking. Those are determined solely by measured fit against a buyer's requirements.
The rate and the boundary are published at How We Are Paid.
The alignment is enforced, not promised.
Buyer trust is the asset every vendor is paying to reach, so we do not ask anyone to take the alignment on faith. It is built into the platform and recorded.
Matching is payment-blind by construction
What a vendor pays never enters the scoring path. The engine that computes fit has no access to billing or commercial terms, so a vendor's economics cannot reach the match even in principle.
Every decision is on the record
Each scoring decision, and every registry state change, is written to an immutable, time-stamped audit trail that names the actor behind it. The platform can demonstrate that a score was computed from measured fit and nothing else.
This is what buyer-aligned means in practice: the money never touches the match, and the record proves it. It is the same standard that protects you, no competitor can buy a ranking you earned on fit.
How matching works
PreShiftIQ runs disqualification-first matching. A vendor that does not meet a buyer's hard requirement is excluded before scoring begins, so the buyer never sees a match that cannot serve them. Matching never penalizes a vendor for data we have not measured yet; it gates only on a requirement a vendor is known to lack. Remaining fit is scored across the assessed dimensions and ranked.
Vehicle and connection coverage is scored type by type. A buyer running light-duty and yard equipment alongside Class 8 tractors is matched differently from a buyer running sleeper cabs only, and a buyer operating into Canada is matched against the vendors that support it today rather than on a roadmap.
What you see as a vendor
You see only your own standing and your own leads. No vendor can ever see another vendor's scorecard, scores, or client leads. Every vendor's view is fully isolated.

Watch points
The incumbent contract ends on a fixed date; a rollout that slips past it leaves the fleet without compliant logging.
Non-negotiable requirements
Canada operation supported today, not on a roadmap. Full historical log export at any time, in a format the fleet can retain independently.
Sample data shown for illustration. You receive the client's complete requirements assessment; selections the client marked confidential in the assessment are never released to any vendor. Outreach is governed by the mutual NDA executed at onboarding. Client information may not be resold, shared, or re-exposed to any third party.
Screens are illustrative and use sample data. A real client's identity and requirements are revealed to you only after you accept the lead.
The reference layer for ELD selection
PreShiftIQ maintains the canonical reference layer for ELD selection, with 60 vendors mapped across the category and built to the same independent standard we apply across every category we cover. Being represented accurately in that layer is how serious buyers find and evaluate you. Vendors who engage help keep their own scorecard precise, which is the fastest path to a well-matched lead.
Getting started
- Create your vendor profile at app.preshiftiq.com and claim your ELD product.
- Complete your vendor scorecard so your fit is measured accurately across the assessment dimensions, including per-vehicle-type coverage.
- Review your scorecard with the PreShiftIQ team in a working session, so your product is represented accurately before any buyer sees it.
- Receive qualified, documented buyer leads matched to your product on measured fit.
Bring your team in. You can invite collaborators to help complete and manage your scorecard, and you control who has access. Every collaborator is scoped to your account only, so inviting your team never exposes your information to another vendor.
A mutual NDA is executed at onboarding.
